Refund & Return Policy

At Orientures, we believe in offering products that are as pure and trustworthy as nature itself. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

🛒 Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid invoice
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or discrepancy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Product damaged in transit
  3. Seal broken upon delivery
  4. Product expired before delivery

⚠️ Please note:
Items purchased during a sale, under discounted combos, or from the gifting category are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pick-up from your delivery address.
  • Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after pick-up.

❌ Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipping, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Orientures reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

Full refunds will be issued for prepaid cancellations approved before shipping.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Kindly record a clear video while unboxing your parcel (showing the shipping label and product inside) to support refund claims.
  • If a refund is approved, the item will be picked up from your address.
  • Once received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Please note: Partial COD payments are non-refundable.
